You provide product information (catalogue, spec sheets, pricing, availability)

We review fit for our three branches: PPE, Janitorial/Cleaning, and Medical Supply

If aligned, we set up your products in our purchasing process and request regular price/stock updates

We promote your products through our customer requests and quote activity (RFQs, repeat orders, contract opportunities)

Reliable lead times and communication on backorders

Clear pricing structure (tiers, case packs, freight terms)

Pricing Structure: Detailed price lists including bulk discounts, distribution pricing, and tax information.

Warehouse/shipping locations and delivery coverage

Lead Times & Logistics: Expected production and shipping lead times, along with warehouse locations.

Diversity Credentials: Relevant certifications if applying as an Indigenous, minority, or woman-owned business.
