WigWam Supply is a proud Indigenous-owned business based in Ontario, Canada, dedicated to providing ethical and efficient procurement solutions for government, corporate, and private sectors.
By using this website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
WigWam Supply facilitates the procurement of various supplies and equipment. All orders placed through our system are subject to acceptance and availability.
Pricing: All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Cancellations: Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placement. Custom procurement requests or special orders may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has begun.
We aim to deliver products within the estimated timeframes provided at checkout. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays beyond our control, including carrier issues or logistical challenges in remote regions.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from WigWam Supply pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We recommend inspecting all shipments immediately upon arrival.
The content, organization, graphics, design, and other matters related to the WigWam Supply site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. The copying, redistribution, or publication of any such matters is strictly prohibited.
The “WigWam Supply” name and logo are trademarks of the company. Other product and company names mentioned on the site may be trademarks of their respective owners.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WigWam Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
